WIRE
Zinc wire and zinc/aluminium wire is used to apply zinc coatings by metal spraying process on steel product in order to protect them against corrosion. The wire also finds its application in the electronics industry. SHG zinc of the highest purity (99.995 %) is used in the production process of the wire.

Packaging
Endless
Cardboard barrels with a weight of 100, 150, 200 or 250 kg. The wire is placed in a film bag and the barrels are capped. The barrels are packed in pairs or as a group of four on a wooden palette and protected with polyethylene bands. In case of regular customers barrels can be reused at the customer request. On request steel barrels are also available.
Coils
Coils
- Coils, 20 or 25 kg, protected against uncoiling with polyethylene bands and put into cardboard boxes. The boxes are stacked on a wooden palette, protected with polyethylene bands and wrapped with stretch foil.
- Coils, 20 or 25 kg, protected against uncoiling with polyethylene bands and put into cardboard barrels. Barrels with a weight of 200 or 250 kg are packed in pairs on the palette and protected with polyethylene bands.
- Coils, 20 or 25 kg, protected against uncoiling with polyethylene bands, wrapped with heat-shrink foil, stacked on a wooden palette, protected with polyethylene band and wrapped with stretch foil.
Spools
Wire coiled on plastic or metal spools weighting 15 - 19 kg each and put into cardboard boxes. The boxes are stacked on a wooden palette and protected with a polyethylene band.
